Our policy may change from time to time, but we won’t enact a change that would reduce your privacy rights without advance notice to you. Changes to our policy will be posted on this page. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you access the Website or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

1. What information does BYBS collect? How does BYBS use the information collected?

In general, there are two types of information involved when you’re using the Website – information you provide us by keying it in (personally identifiable information) and information we collect by monitoring and tracking (non-personally identifiable information that is collected automatically).

Personally Identifiable Information

Information You Provide to Us

You are not required to provide any personal information in order to have general access to the Website. However, we collect information that you provide directly to us when it is keyed in by you to access certain features of our Website, such as when you access or download content, create an account, participate in any interactive features, subscribe to a newsletter or email list, participate in an event, survey, contest or promotion, make a purchase, communicate with us via third-party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The information we typically request that you provide to us to access these features may include, but not be limited to, your name, postal address, e-mail address, user name, password, telephone number, gender, date of birth, occupation, employer information, photo, payment information (such as your credit or debit card and billing address), preference or interest data, and any other information you choose to provide. Additionally, If you provide an email address to invite a friend to access our Website, we will collect that email address and use it to send your friend the invitation you requested.

Specifically, we collect personal information about you from the following sources:

  • When you create an account to use the Website or make a purchase, we require you to provide us with the information we need to create your account and complete your transactions, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address and/or information regarding your particular needs;

Our Website also collects personally identifiable information about you from other third-party sources. For example, if you create or log in to your account through a third-party social media site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and friend lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by that social media site. We may also collect information about you when you post content to our pages or feeds on third-party social media sites.

We may use the personally identifiable information we collect to contact you about BYBS products, content, programs, and services; or to provide you with other information that we think you may be interested in. We may also use this information to (1) improve the quality of the products and services that we offer; (2) cross-reference it with other information we receive from our partners and affiliates so that we may enhance and personalize your experience with our Website and our services; (3) respond to your comments or inquiries; (4) resolve disputes; (5) contact you when necessary in connection with the operation of the Website; (6) provide you with information you request about products and services; (7) process transactions related to your purchase of our products and services, including confirmations and receipts;  (8) address problems on our Website or with our services or products; (9) send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages; (10) communicate with you about products, services, surveys, offers, promotions, rewards and events offered by BYBS; (11) provide news and information we think will be of interest to you; (12) monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our products and services, as well as our Website; (13) personalize and improve the Website, including content or features that match your user profile or interests; (14) link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better products and services; (16) carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected; and (17) to enforce our agreements with you.


However, we don’t market or sell any of your personally identifiable information to any third party.

Non-personally Identifiable Information That We Collect Automatically

When you visit our Website, our servers automatically collect and recognize certain non-personally identifiable information such as (1)  your domain, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, web browser, operating system, access times, pages viewed, web browser, links clicked and the page you visited before navigating to the Website or Web page; (2) information about the mobile device you use to access our Website, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information and information about your use of our mobile applications; (3) information collected by Cookies and other tracking technologies, as discussed in greater detail below.

The third-party marketing software we use is Wix, which may also recognize via the use of “cookies” that you have been at our Website before, and may track your surfing behavior as you surf around our Website. When we do get that type information, in general we may use it to try and tailor information to better fit what we think you may be interested in, to help us improve the experience of all of our Website visitors, and to help us look for ways to continually upgrade and improve the performance of our Website, in addition to our Website content, our products, and our services. We also use this information more generally to (1) monitor and analyze use of our Website and our Service, (2) facilitate technical administration of our Website, (3)  increase the functionality and user-friendliness of our Website and our Service, and (4) better tailor Our Website, products and services to our visitors' needs.

We partner with third parties and affiliates to manage our advertising on other sites and determine our Website performance. Such partners may use “cookies” or web beacons to collect information about your activities on our Website and other Websites. We may use this and other collected information to serve advertising to you after you’ve visited our Website, a practice often referred to as “remarketing” or “retargeting.”  (A description of Google’s Remarketing functionality can be found by searching here. Just as with the personally identifiable information you key in, we don’t market or sell any of this information that we collect to any third party.


2. With whom does BYBS share the information it collects?

We may use or disclose your personally identifiable information (such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number) in the following circumstances: (a) with your consent; (b) to governmental taxing authorities as necessary to ensure credit is made for tax withholding deposits; (c) to provide you with the content, services or products available on our Website; (d) to communicate with you about our Website, products and services;  (e) for technical and/or security issues relating to the proposed operation of the Website; (f)  to enable our third-party agents, vendors, and service providers to operate and analyze our Website, our products and our services; (g) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of our assets, or the financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company; and (h) to protect our rights or the safety of the public; (i) if we have a good faith belief that disclosing such information is required to comply with legal process; (j) when you participate in the interactive areas of Website, certain information you provide may be displayed to other users, such as your name, photo, comments and other information you choose to provide. 3. What is BYBS’ “opt-out” policy?

From time to time we may contact you to share information about BYBS, or about other products and services we believe may be of interest. If you do not want to receive e-mails or other messages from us, you can click ‘Unsubscribe’ from an email sent to you or contact a Support Team member at to be removed from our BYBS e-mail lists.

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by sending an email to If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Push Notifications and Alerts

With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

4. How can information be corrected or updated?

You may review, correct, update, or delete your personally identifiable information through your account or by contacting our Support Team during regular business hours. If you completely delete all personally identifiable information, your account will become deactivated and you will no longer have access to our Service. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please email with your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request but may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for other legitimate business purposes.

5. Does BYBS use “cookies”?

Yes, BYBS uses browser “cookies.” Cookies are files that are written to the user’s device and are read by the server so that the server knows you have visited before. In general, cookies are used so that users don’t have to re-enter data with each visit, to understand user preferences, to improve user experience, and to compile aggregate data about how our service is used.

Our Website is intended for use by adults; it is not intended to be used by those under age 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from visitors or users of our site who are under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our privacy policy by instructing their children to never provide personal information through the Internet without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases as is reasonably possible.

6. What kind of security does BYBS use?

We recognize the importance our customers place on security. We exercise great care to secure personally identifiable we collect from our Website. Our security measures include the use of physical security, encrypted communications, continuous monitoring, backups and disaster recovery, and general system security. Additionally, you can access the privacy and security measures of our third-party Website host, WIX, and our third-party data processor, by clicking on their respective hotlinks in this paragraph.

In addition, we do not store any of your credit card data on our servers. A PCI compliant third-party vendor that specializes in the business of cashless payment processing manages our credit card data.

As you know, no method of Internet transmission or electronic data storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Links to Other Sites.

Our Website may contain links to other Websites that are created and maintained by others. Though the existence of a link on our Website probably means that we think you’ll find the information interesting, we can’t guarantee the accuracy or completeness of anything on those Websites, and we don’t assume any responsibility for anything contained on those sites. In addition, their privacy policies may be different than ours.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 12, 2020, and will remain in effect unless and until it is revised in the future as required to comply with certain laws, regulations, and internal policies. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. You should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us or by placing a prominent notice on our Website.

9. BYBS and GDPR Compliance

BYBS’ data security measures, policies, and practices ensure that the data processed on behalf of our customers is well-protected and in line with the requirements of the GDPR.  A big part of the GDPR covers an individual’s data rights, which we support, including but not limited to:

  • Data portability on demand

  • Data destruction

  • Data protection by design and by default

We’re also continuing to improve our network monitoring and update our breach procedures per the GDPR guidelines. We’re documenting how all of our data is collected, where it is stored, and how it is used.
