We use Eastern medicine approaches in therapy for depression to teach you a variety of simple, easy techniques that are meant to help you to focus on your breath and calming your nervous system so that you’re equipped with a lifelong toolbox for stress management and emotional regulation.


Additionally, treatment methods may incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you recognize the connection between your depression and the thoughts, feelings, and actions associated with it.
